WHAT IS USEDPLUS?
UsedPlus turns Farming Simulator 25 into a true business simulation. Your farm runs on credit, reputation, and strategic financial choices—just like real agriculture.

Vanilla FS25:
Money in, money out. Click “buy.” Equipment appears. Sell it back for a recycled value. Repeat.
With UsedPlus:
– Finance vehicles and buildings for 1–15 years, and land for 1–20 years—while watching your credit score and interest rates react.
– Buy used equipment from AI sellers who remember if you lowballed them last time.
– Inspect before you buy—is it a reliable workhorse or a lemon waiting to break?
– Negotiate when the market turns—or overpay when you’re desperate.
– Build equity in financed assets, manage lease terms, and take cash loans backed by collateral.

Over time, you’ll develop real attachment to the machines that earn it.
UsedPlus integrates with other mods for a unified experience.
1) Real Vehicle Breakdowns (RVB) — DEEP integration
RVB adds mechanical depth; UsedPlus adds economic consequences.
– Symptoms first (misfires, overheating) before RVB hard failures
– DNA affects RVB part lifetimes (0.6x–1.4x multiplier)
– OBD Scanner shows both UsedPlus + RVB health in one view
– Workshop repairs coordinate with RVB part states
2) Use Up Your Tyres (UYT) — DEEP integration
Tire wear + quality + DNA create long-term strategy.
– DNA affects wear rate (lemons 1.4x, workhorses 0.6x)
– Quality tires wear ~33% slower
– Flat tire probability scales with wear %
– OBD Scanner shows per-wheel wear with color-coded warnings
Tip: RVB and UYT are optional. UsedPlus works standalone, but the combo is the most immersive economic simulation.
INSTALLATION
Work in Progress: No official release yet. To try it now:
Download the ZIP and Extract or Copy the folder “FS25_UsedPlus” to your mods directory.
– Windows: DocumentsMy GamesFarmingSimulator2025mods
– Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/FarmingSimulator2025/mods/
– Enable in the mod selection screen
– Start a new game or continue an existing save
Important: Keep either the folder OR the ZIP, not both.
QUICK START
Getting equipment:
– Buy / Finance / Lease: use the shop buy buttons → opens a unified purchase dialog
– Search Used: press U in the shop → find discounted pre-owned equipment (10k+ items)
– Trade-In: inside the purchase dialog → apply your old equipment value
Managing your farm:
– Open Finance Manager: Shift+F anywhere
– Repair / Repaint: click an owned vehicle on the map
– Finance / Lease land: click an unowned field on the map
In the Finance Manager:
– View all active deals (vehicles, land, loans)
– Check credit score and payment history
– Make payments (skip, minimum, standard, extra, custom)
– Accept or decline incoming sale offers
– Pay off early to save interest
