Base Platform (HEMTT M978): The Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT), produced by Oshkosh Defense, is an eight‑wheel heavy tactical vehicle widely used by the U.S. Army. The M978 variant is originally designed as a fuel tanker, capable of transporting large volumes of fuel across difficult terrain. Its robust chassis, high payload capacity, and off‑road mobility make it an ideal foundation for specialized military adaptations.

Weapon System (Phalanx CIWS): The Phalanx Close‑In Weapon System is a self‑contained defense module featuring the M61A1 Vulcan 20 mm Gatling gun, coupled with autonomous search and tracking radar.
