The 2s35 Msta-S is a Soviet and Russian 152.4 mm self-propelled howitzer that entered service in 1989 to provide long-range artillery support. Based on a modified T-80 hull but powered by a T-72 engine, it remains an operational staple in modern mechanized divisions for neutralizing tactical targets and artillery batteries.

This comprehensive technical revision updates the asset to version 2.0 with a heavy focus on visual realism and operational fluidity:
The firing cycle and automatic loader animations were completely rebuilt from scratch.
The recharge sequence now precisely reflects the real-world 152.4 mm mechanical operation.
Materials and textures received a complete optimization overhaul.
The chassis and turret feature higher visual fidelity using a PBR system that reacts realistically to environmental lighting.
Functional high-intensity lights for night operations, complete crew compartment interior lighting, and dynamic position lights were integrated.
