Discover an authentic French farm in the heart of the Sarthe region.
Welcome to The Pichonnière Valley, a map inspired by a real farm located in the Sarthe department, just a few kilometers from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack.
With the authorization of Julien, a dairy cattle farmer, the main farm, the livestock buildings, and the dealer’s shop have been faithfully recreated to offer you a unique immersive experience.

Start your game wherever you like:
– at the main dairy farm,
– at one of the new purchasable farms,
– or on a buildable plot to create your own custom farm.

On the map you will find:
– 111 arable fields (crops or grasslands)
– 7 forestry plots
– several buildable areas
– 1 main dairy farm
– 1 arable farm
– 3 small farms to develop
– 1 vegetable farm
– 1 pig farm
– 1 dealership
– Numerous production zones: dairy, sugar factory, carpentry workshop, sawmill, soup factory, flour mill, oil mill, cement factory, fertilizer and herbicide production
– 1 fish farming and processing site
– 1 livestock market
– 1 railway silo for crop sales
– 1 rail-based selling point for wood

New crops and productions
Precision Farming DLC compatible.

Expand your farm with new profitable and versatile crops:
– Mustard: condiment production;
– Rye, triticale, spelt: excellent grain value or traditional flour for the Champ Gué bakery;
– Triticale: pig feed production;
– Straw from ancient grains can be processed;
– Vetch-rye and green rye: dry forage, bale or bunker silage, or use as green manure;
– Alfalfa and clover: hay, silage bales, or silage supplement;
– Green-harvested silage maize: high-yield animal feed.

The map terrain has been designed to offer realistic elevation, optimized for fieldwork from different angles (except for potatoes).

Collectibles and exploration

Set off in search of the collectibles scattered around La Chapelle-Saint-Fray.
Solve a series of riddles to recover the 20 pieces of the Cochetière mill museum.
Once rebuilt, discover the museum’s final secret… along with a well-deserved reward.
