FS25 Round Bale Drying V1.0.1.0

Increase your farm’s efficiency with round bale drying!
Transform round grass bales into valuable hay bales on pallets using warm air.
The wood chip heating system generates warm air, which, together with the grass bales, powers the production process.
Finished hay bales can be sold directly or further processed into loose hay with the electric bale shredder, which is perfect for animal feed.
A smart solution to maximize profit and productivity and make better use of limited harvest windows!
(Square bales are also accepted, as I haven’t found a way to block them.)

There are two options, found under Productions:
A small barn from Rudolf Hormann, designed for compact to medium-sized tractors and intended for the European market.
Purchase price: €78,950
Operating costs: €44 per day

The second option is a large barn from AGI Sentinel, designed for large tractors and the American market.
Purchase price: €143,499
Operating costs: €50 per day

Input materials: Wood chips, grass bales
Products: Hay bales on pallets, loose hay (bale shredder)
Power supply: Generator with warm air from the wood chip heating system
Sales & processing: Directly onto pallets or into loose hay

– All lights can now be switched on/off.
– Production volume has been readjusted (it was too loud).
– The bale drying process has been adapted for the “Multifruit Prefab Pack” from “Weekend Farmers”.
– Alfalfa and clover bales can now also be processed in the drying process.
