Theft Event adds random theft events to Farming Simulator 25. At night, a burglar can enter your farm and cause damage. Daily insurance reduces the financial risk and notifies you via the HUD.

Update – Burglary System Fix
Before Now (Update)
Burglaries per Night: Multiple burglaries could occur in one night. Maximum 1 burglary per night.
Night Trigger: Multiple triggers possible via update loop/time. Night is now only processed once (night lock).
Night Count: 0-4 AM could be counted as a new night → Double trigger. Stable night ID (10 PM-5 AM counts as one night).
Pause Between Burglaries: Pause was not reliable. 2-3 nights guaranteed pause after a burglary.
Cooldown System: Could be checked incorrectly or too often. Cooldown is now cleanly reduced each night.
Overall Behavior: Sometimes chaotic / multiple events in a row. Calmer, more realistic flow – problem should be fixed.
The Theft Event mod brings more excitement and variety to everyday life on the farm.
At night, there is a possibility that a thief will enter your farm.
After a short time, random damage is caused, which is deducted from the farm account.
The amount of damage is variable and can be fully or partially covered by insurance.
An insurance fee is automatically deducted daily.
If the damage is below the insurance limit, the insurance covers it, and only a deductible is charged.
If the damage exceeds the insurance limit, the full amount must be paid.
All important events—from entering the farm to the investigation and settlement—are clearly displayed via a HUD.
The mod works in single-player, multiplayer, and on dedicated servers and requires no additional configuration.
