Modified decal and inserted new stickers

This is my first reskin it is a sewage barrel compatible with all sewage tools, contains 6 decals personally created by me.
We thank Agri bozzetto for the request for vital permits and co.
Italianteamfs for permission to reskin their bossini 280 barrel, Peppe978 for giving permission to use the fs17 Pagliari decals and the store image.
The mod still needs to be perfected, soon I will make an update to fix the decals and add something more.
