Everywhere this mod is announced as 1.0.0.0 – but if you unpack ther zip where the real mod zip is in – yeah I know – then you see in the modDesc.xml that it’s 1.3.1.0.

It seems not to work anymore with FS 19 1.7.1.0 – the default fuel usage values are used.
I know that because I got a “Schlüter Super 1250 VL Special” which only got 150 hp but uses max. 122 liters of diesel per hour at max. load – defined in the mod’s .xml.
So the calculation of dxm_lua_fuelusage does not have higher priority than using the default value from the .xml.

Afaik there is nothing like a mod load order, but I can try to rename the mod with a leading Z in the filename.
    Just a blind guess.
