ITRunner ModPack with dynamic hoses v1.0 FS19

This is standard Giant itRunner pack with following modifications:
1. Dynamic hoses (from BR Mod Performance’s itRunner mod. Thanks for the permission)
2. Fill trigger issue of grain container and HT 50 fixed. (Tested with standard combines and John Deere STS 70 mod)

Everything else is standard.

* No log error. However, if you have other itRunner mods installed, there will be warnings in the log about duplicate mod definitions.
* Giant itRunner pack has another issue that causes containers slide off after loading saved game. This bug is beyond my knowledge so this mod has it too. The workaround is recoupling the container after loading saved game. (pressing X key twice)
