2 farms, one of which is easy mode already belongs to you, also has a large land with some sheds, fertilizer and lime silos, grain silos, haystacks and with 2 types of animals, Cows, and Chickens.
It also has 2 lands ready for cultivation, 1 vineyard, and 1 olive grove that are part of its initial farm.

And a vast terrain to explore and work on.
